First day at the call centre.

It was horrible. People are nice. Job's not. I do not want to do this as a job when I'm older!
People moan about the people in the call centre and on the phones but I think it's the people calling for help. They are all angry about loosing their money in the machine or somthing that they take it out on the person on the other end of the phone giving them a refund! I'm suprised that the people who work in the call centre have satyed there so long!
To all you out there who ring call centres please think of the people on the other end of the phone. A thank you or some kindness is greatly appreciated!
